RETURNS:
- CrystalRags does not accept returns.
- If the product was received damaged please contact us Shop@CrystalRags.com or @Crystal.Rags
- All SALE ITEMS purchased are FINAL SALE.
- Damaged items must be reported by email Shop@CrystalRags.com or instagram @Crystal.Rags within 24 hours of receiving package with order number and photo of damage. CrystalRags will contact you regarding the issue. CrystalRags believes in their product and are happy to help you.
- CrystalRags only EXCHANGES an item if it arrives damaged.
- CrystalRags can not replace items after they have been worn or without tags attached.
CUSTOM ITEMS:
- Because each garment is hand selected and reawakened into a one of a kind piece, CrystalRags does not permit returns on custom requested items.
INVALID SHIPPING ADDRESS:
- In the case a customer provides the wrong shipping address we are not responsible for the order.
FOR ACCEPTED EXCHANGE/RETURNS:
- We do not cover your return shipping cost. You are responsible for shipping costs to send the return or exchange back to our location. Reach out to us to complete the return/exchange process at Shop@CrystalRags.com.
- CrystalRags can not replace items after they have been worn or without tags attached.
- Please allow at least 4 business days for the refund or exchange to be processed. The holidays and times of high demand the process time could take longer.
- If there are unauthorized returns we are not responsible for accepting the return or sending back the product to the customer.
- CrystalRags cannot be responsible for wear and tear and any changes that occur to an item, due to the nature of garment materials.
